Cleaning and lubricating the Enviro-Vac™ is VITAL to the continuous operation and performance of this tool. Dirt build-up will occur inside the vacuum trumpet cover which will affect its performance. Failure to do so will render this tool inoperable.


Cleaning the Enviro-Vac™ Attachments, Inner Cone Trumpet, and Inner Orbiting Beater Tube when they show dirt, especially after cleaning a dirty vehicle is highly recommended once you have finished using this tool and BEFORE IT IS PUT AWAY! When there is visible dirt build-up inside the Inner Cone Trumpet and on the Inner Orbiting Beater Tube - the Enviro-Vac™ NEEDS CLEANING!

STEPS FOR PROPER

CARE  |  USE | CLEANING

Frequently during application and upon visual dirt 

build-up inside the Inner Cone Trumpet and on the 

Orbiting Beater Tube.


To clean the Inner Cone Trumpet and Orbiting Beater Tube submerse the Enviro-Vac™ end in a pail of light sudsy water while engaging the Enviro-Vac™ for 20~30 seconds. Using a clean towel wipe dry the Outer Attachment and Inner Cone Trumpet. The Enviro-Vac™ now ready to be re-used.

End of day procedure prior to storing the device


a. When finished using the Enviro-Vac™ and prior to putting it away until its next use, remove the Outer Casing Attachment to expose the Inner Cone Trumpet. Unscrew the Inner Cone Trumpet to expose the Inner Orbiting Beater Tube.


b. To Clean, place the Outer Casing Attachment, the Inner Cone Trumpet and Inner Orbiting Beater Tube in a pail of light sudsy water and clean all the parts using a wet cloth and agitation.


c. Using a dry cloth wipe dry the Outer Casing Attachment, the Inner Cone Trumpet, and Inner Orbiting Beater Tube.


d. Using a fine oil such as WD-40 or 3 IN 1 oil, lubricate the entire Inner Orbiting Beater Tube until it is well lubricated then re-assemble the Inner Cone Trumpet to the Enviro-Vac™ The Enviro-Vac™ is now cleaned and ready to be put away for its next use.

BE EXTREMRELY CAREFUL when re-threading the Inner Cone Trumpet as it has plastic threads and can easily become cross threaded.  Carefully start threading the Inner Cone Trumpet onto the gun thread without cross threading.

When attaching the Inner Cone Trumpet to the Inner Orbiting Beater Tube should it start to cross thread do not continue threading, start over to ensure it is threaded properly. Excessive force will damage the threads and will render the Inner Cone Trumpet inoperable!
